PSYIAGE_API int psyiage_profile_enable_profiling(psyiage_handle handle, int periodms)

Enable process-level profiling.

Enable overall profiling of the current process. A periodic sampling of the execution state of the process shall be performed in order to determin the hot spots within an application.

Return

If successful, PSYIAGE_ERROR_SUCCESS. Otherwise, a non-zero error code

Parameters

  • handle: - A handle to the psyiage instance

  • periodms: - The profiling interval in milliseconds. If set to zero, profiling is disabled.
